Ivan Hodges
Owner - Project Manager
Ivan has an extensive background in the electrical, plumbing & building industry, drawing from experience in management, planning & logistics, residential & commercial cleaning both in Australia and New Zealand. Since 1983 he has been involved in the second hand trade. This enables Ivan the ability to tackle and coordinate any property project with meticulous attention to detail. Large or small, no challenge is insurmountable.
Ivan operates with logical methodology as he works within budget parameters to find effective, economical solutions that lift property re-sale value ~ “Because ‘first impressions’ sell properties, we are always keenly aware of the real-estate buyer’s perspective.”
Michelle Hodges
Owner - Purchasing Manager
Michelle has been involved in the Secondhand Trade since 1983, a mother with a nursing and medical background, she has also had extensive commercial & residential cleaning experience in Australia & New Zealand.
Michelle has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience with regard to changing trends, styles, fashions and current values of chattels & assets. From art to china, crafts & hobbies, furniture, books, collectibles, clothing, toys, and even tools, Michelle has the ability to professionally appraise, value and buy property contents from partial to entire estate lots. With a keen intuition of first impressions Michelle also assists with property presentation suggestions to economically enhance property values.
Ivan and Michelle’s combined experience ensures Total Estate Management can realistically offer a comprehensive range of services ~ from estate clearance and downsizing to relocations or property sales preparation.
